This Printworkers Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Semper International, LLC, d/b/a Semper Group, the owner of the website,, (“Semper”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and shares your personal information. If you choose to make payment for products or services, we will direct you to STRIPE or another third party payment processor certified to meet the industry standards for security and confidentiality, as well as applicable laws, The payment processor will ask you to provide a credit card or debit card number and other personal data needed to complete the transaction. You may receive email correspondence from us and/or the payment processor related to any online transaction.

The Site may contain links to external websites, plug-ins or applications. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites, plug-ins, or applications to which the Site links. Semper is not responsible for the practices and policies (including privacy policies) of third parties and, therefore, you should review the privacy practices and policies of such third parties prior to providing your personal information in connection with such websites, plug-ins or applications. If you provide an employer or employment candidate with your email address, you may receive emails directly from them. Semper does not control, and is not responsible for these email communications.

Subscribing to E-Mail Correspondence

If you provide us with your email address, you authorize us to send you regular emails unless and until you request to unsubscribe from such emails. These emails may include newsletters, messages related to your inquiries, requests and job search criteria, messages regarding employment candidates and employment opportunities, marketing communications, and information about changes to the Site and Services. We may collect information about your interactions with emails sent by us or on our behalf, including whether you opened the email or clicked on any links. We may use this information to improve our marketing, to understand our audience, and to improve the Site and Services. Each email we send contains an easy, automated way for you to unsubscribe from further emails from us.

Semper does not track you over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track signals. Unauthorized attempts to use the Site in a way that violates our Terms of Use, to utilize the Site for other than its intended purposes, or to defeat or circumvent the Site’s security features are strictly prohibited.


Children’s Privacy

We do not intend for the Site to be used by children under the age of 13, nor do we seek to collect information about children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us any information and promptly exit the Site.
