We are seeking a full time office assistant. Hours are relatively flexible. You would work directly with the bookkeeper in daily general tasks, which require attention to detail. Experience with QuickBooks and Excel preferred; however we are willing to train the right person! Job Duties Include: • Update account information, verifying billing contact & shipping information, PO# numbers, etc., for Invoicing. • Process job tickets for billing • Print and mark statements for past due accounts, and mail/email • Verify monthly account billing for specific accounts, as well as updating account spread sheets. • Filing/scanning
